⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Really happy with my experience at Lectus Cars.I've dealt with John twice now, and one thing I have to say is that the quality of their cars is excellent. Both cars were in fantastic condition, really clean and well looked after. I'm especially pleased with my BMW — it's a lovely car and exactly what I was hoping for.The first purchase didn't quite work out, but John dealt with everything fairly and professionally. That actually gave me the confidence to go back and buy another car from him, and I'm glad I did.John is a genuinely decent guy, easy to deal with, and the lads clearly know what they're doing. You can tell they put a lot of effort into the cars they sell.I'll definitely be going back to them for servicing as well. Thanks again to John and the team. Highly recommended!

I reserved a car without seeing it because I was some distance away. When I got there I decided not to buy the car. Steve immediately volunteered to give me my deposit back, no trouble at all.

What a great experience it was buying a car from Luctus motors Broxbourne, what a refreshing change to deal with people like John and Steve very professional and honest about the condition of the car before I made the 2 hour journey to view it was in the excellent age condition they said , in fact better Steve gave me a 20 minute test making sure I was happy with the car before he showed me all the paper work made me a coffee and processed the sale very smoothy I would highly recommend buyer a car from Luctus motors dealers like John are very hard to find

Recently bought a Volvo V60 imported from Japan from Lectus. John and Steve were a pleasure to deal with. Was a slight software. Issue with the ADAS system which John promised to deal with. John kept in touch throughout and it was sorted promptly. The car is immaculate, couldn't be happier. I will be in the market for a 2 seater convertible in the future, a Z4 or a boxster/cayman, I will not hesitate to give John a call to see if he can source another import for me.
