from the moment I met John for the initial look at the car I found him to be totally honest and easy going with no hard sale at all. John is really good. Very open, friendly and most of all fair. I firmly believe in you but into people not the product. And with the intention of just viewing the car and showing it to my wife as she was worried about the size of a Discovery 5 SUV - however we were sold by John. He let us moot around the car, drive it in the area around his plot. We took it for a formal test drive on the road. He was able to cut a good deal which included an extended 12 month warranty with Blue Chip and we were able to pick up the car the next day. If you are in the Hertfordshire region looking to buy a car. You need to speak and take a look at John and his stock of cars first.

Brilliant service, and very friendly from the whole team .. Bought a Range Rover l405 The car genuinely was much better in the flesh than any of the pictures or video on there website. I traveled over 300 miles for this car from the Lake District Cumbria.. obviously to there garage in Broxbourne .. And having now owned it for nearly 3 weeks and doing over 1200 miles in the first week.. it’s a dream to drive and been completely trouble free… Many many thanks I would recommend this garage to anyone

I had been searching for a particular car, and Audi Allroad to be exact. Found one on auto trader that fitted the bill. Im a bit wary of buying cars after getting stung a couple of times. But I was pleasantly surprised with Lectus Cars approach especially John straight talking, no messing around and did what he said he'd do after I raised a concern about the car. Spent a bit more than I wanted too but it was worth it the car was in exceptional condition. The car is an import and John was completely straight with us about the down sides, didn't cover anything up. I will definitely go see these guys again when the wife changes her car.

Purchased a 2015 low mileage Sorento , the buying experience on the the day was both friendly and professional from both John and Steve, but unfortunately there were unforeseen problems when got the car home !! , but the guys didn't stop till all problems were delt with !! , even came and picked the up on the second occasion leaving me a car to run round in , and did not let me have the car till all was sorted !!.I would definitely go back to these to to them if only because John owes me a coffee 👍🤔😃

Called them on a Sunday morning about viewing a car, I told him I could be there at 3 pm and they met me there, nice chap called Steve showed me the car and took it on a test drive. Steve talked me through every stage of the process and gave me a fair part exchange price, had a couple of issues Steve sorted, he was always just a text or a call away, collected the car on the Friday. It’s not often nowadays to receive this great level of service many thanks, Steve.

Can’t fault the service… seen the car I wanted and from start to finish the service was great. Car looks perfect inside and out. Pleased to have a blue chip warranty. Couldn’t collect the car until after closing and they accommodated me. Chris who helped with the finance was also great, kept me updated and nothing was to much trouble.

I had a wonderful and easy experience buying my Jaguar XFS from Lectus Cars with it only taking 1 week from viewing the car to taking it home, which included a paint repair and trading in my old car.The Jag has utterly outstanding service history, and is in amazing condition for its age with a wonderful spec - they really had a gem when they took this in.While my Jag does have a few minor problems, they are all being promptly and properly sorted, with John being understanding and reassuring throughout the process - this is honestly one of the best dealers I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

We did our research when it came to purchasing the type of vehicle we wanted, due to the high mileage I travel, needing the vehicle to last, enough room for my partner and daughter, it was a struggle it I came across a deal Lectus cars had, with the location begin about 130 miles away from where I live with the work schedule and the responsibilities of my daughter I wasn’t able to drive down.I called Lectus cars up and John answered, he wasn’t picking any at all and very undstanding person, he pointing me in the right direction to view a video he’s posted and after watching it, I was sold.Through purchasing it without physically view the vehicle in person it did cause me anxiety, where I called John every day and asked if he needed anything else, he never ignored my phone calls and reassured me throughout my experience and is a really nice guy to chat too!Now I have the vehicle and had a full week of it, I definitely would recommend Lectus cars and most likely be the first place I go back to in the future

The process was very simple and convenient, and the car in a nice, clean and serviced condition. After I recognised an issue with the Airmatic of the car, John was very friendly, straight and fair, supporting me in dealing with the quite costly repair. He is clearly a man of his word, which is extremely important when buying a used car!

Recently bought Lexus ct200h from Lectus cars, it was nice dealing with John, straight forward reliable man, we travelled 5 hours to reach there, he picked and dropped us station, made all the proceedings simple and smooth, he delivered the car safely to us.
